Creation Bug!

**Sorry for such a late post** I blame the creation bug.

I hope everyone had a great holiday weekend, I did. The inspiration to create sparked through me this weekend as I got overly ambitions and created some invitations and did first drafts of sell sheets. When the creative bug hits, I cannot ignore it . I must indulge and indulge is what I did! For me creating invitations comes in spurts. Magazines, concepts, words spark something in my brain and suddenly I visualize a picture, color scheme or image and must get it on paper in some type of rough sketch because if I don't—it goes away never to return again.

My creative inspiration revolved around my favorite—INVITATIONS! I noticed while putting my sell sheets together that my party invites are heavy on weddings and baby showers (probably because at that time I knew a lot of people getting married or having babied.) Well that all changed this weekend. I'm working on some birthday invites and re-tooling one of the wedding lines to give it a more complete look. I don't want to toot my own horn, but I'm impressed. I do good work. (I had to toot). Sometimes even I'm surprised something so cute or fun or funky or lovely can come from me. If someone was to ask… I honestly couldn't tell you where I get it from. Let's call it divine inspiration.
