I saw these over on the Bluelines blog and had all types of ideas. These blank board books are perfect for all types of projects. Let me share a few...
#1 You could uses these to make wonderful childrens books. You can incorporate little ones in the creation of the story and cut out your own pictures.
#2 You can use these little books to be the basis of a baby shower design. Incorporate the party theme and create a lovely little story that can lead up to the shower invite on the last page.
#3 You can use them as an activity at a birthday party allowing kids to make their own story creation to share with their parents.
#4 You could use them for a party centerpiece for a children's birthday party. I would think the book could feature the number of the year the child is.
There are plenty of ideas and these are just a few to get you started. This is such a great weekend craft everyone can enjoy.

Sweet Note Patisserie
What a great and sweet way to send a thoughtful note of thanks, love or just to say hi. I love these patisserie cards who doesn't need a good macaroon recipe?

The Power of Words
I saw this picture...
On this blog and it got me thinking about words and how sometimes the right ones make the day a lot better. I wanted to share some words I've noticed through the blogosphere that well, now I'm on the hunt to place somewhere in my own home.
This popular poster says it all when days are chaotic {to say the least} I love pink but you can find one in your favorite color too.
This one is lovely and if you're a avid Domino Mag reader I'm sure you fell in love with it just like I did.
I saw this one here but you can find your copy here. Sometimes these words are so easily forgotten {especially when everything seems to be going wrong}
There are plenty more where these come from but just think about it... isn't it amazing how a few words can change how you feel or what you're thinking? So go ahead and find some motivating words to hang in your space.

Connect the Dots

This calendar would be a wonderful gift for kids and adults. You can choose to create the calendar image for each month or do them all at once. Of course we're a couple of months late but is this one of those instances where its better late than never?

New Love #5 Sukie

I think I should change this little series from new love to ongoing crush. I first heard about Sukie from their ever so stylish box of labels. Since then I've discovered how many other lovely things they have created. While their based in the UK, their products are not limited to being ordered just from the UK. Check out their site and fall in love too!

Let's Party
I love an invitation. It gives me an excuse to throw a party. Well as I made my routine visit to Paper Source I discovered these.

How wonderful are these invitations? You can run them through your printer or fill in the information yourself. What I like about them is they're functional, stylish and can easily fit into any party theme but more importantly give you all the right reasons to have a party.

Stylish Fabric=Great Inspiration
**Sorry all for sporadic post been a bit under the weather but slowly getting back on track.
I'm not really sure what I would do with these lovely fabric patterns I've got my eye on at Ikea {since sewing isn't a specialty} but I'm really loving the patterns and some of these designs would look great on a note card.

Memory

While it was the Maharam fabric designs that drew me in, the combination of these great designs used for the classic game Memory. I remember getting this game when I was younger and loved it. Why not test your memory {or boost it} with this fun game and simple way to past time.

Need a Holiday Card?
Let's face it, searching for a Holiday Card isn't easy. There are so many types of cards from traditional to modern that sorting through them can be time consuming and taxing. Finding the right holiday card is all about finding a card that matches your style. Here are a few cards I like {besides the ones I create} ;)

Good on Paper
A girl can't live off paper alone, which is why today I thought I'd post about things that would look great on paper. I saw these great bag designs by Kailo Chic and thought... these would look great on a note card. While I love all of these bags, the patterns would be great on paper too don't you think? Here are some of my favorite.
The Pink Dot Tote and The Nutmeg Tote

The Mocca and Red Kelo Small Clutch

This is something I definitely need the Laptop Sleeve in The Mod Dot and Red Hexagon
